Easy St Valentine's Day Matte Hearts Nail Art Tutorial

This week my design for Valentine's day is very girly. You don't need a lot of time to create it. If you don't like the matte effect you can use regular top coat.




What you need:
- pink and dark pink polish
- a matte top coat
- a dotting tool
