For this week manicure I've combined black matte polish with blue glitter polish. I think that this design is very plain, but also elegant and girly and it will suits to all outfits. You can use your favourite glitter polish colour.
What you need:
- black matte polish or regular black polish and a matte top coat
- glitter polish
- a thin brush
- big glitter pieces
- a dotting tool
